Unfortunately we are currently unable to ship any item over 1.5m in length or 30kg in weight outside the UK
Which European destinations do you deliver to?
Wex Photographic have entered into an agreement with Parcelforce Worldwide whereby customers in specified countries in mainland Europe wishing to purchase from WEX can enter into a contract with Parcelforce Worldwide to have products shipped to those countries.
Carriage to non-UK delivery destinations is calculated on an order by order basis and is dependent on the destination and value of the goods. The specific cost of carriage will be advised at the time of online order placement. For orders up to £5000, the cost for delivery is shown below. For orders over £5000, we will confirm the delivery charge at time of order.
With regret, we are unable to offer delivery to any other country as we currently do not have an adequate delivery mechanism to service these destinations, although it is something that we will continue to review.
Do you deliver to any Non-UK address?
No, all first time orders to non-UK delivery destinations must be delivered to the registered cardholder's address.
I am from a VAT exempt country, can I order online?
You can order online but VAT will not be automatically deducted. Once you have placed your order online, please contact us with your order number and we can look to remove the VAT. Please call us on +44 1603 486413 for any assistance.
I am from a Non EU Country which you deliver to, will I incur further charges?
Yes, at the point that you take delivery of your goods you are likely to be levied an import duty/tax on the goods. This is outside of the control of Wex Photographic. Currently, this only applies to Channel Islands, Norway and Switzerland. Please note that we are not permitted to mark any goods that we ship as "a gift".
Can I pay using my local currency?
Currently you cannot; however in due course we will be making this option available. In the meantime payment will be settled in GBP sterling. Your card issuer may impose a settlement / currency exchange fee that you will bear the cost of when we come to process your card. We are unable to advise the amount that your respective card issuer will levy.
Can I apply for finance?
No, unfortunately Finance is only available currently to UK residents and therefore payment must be via credit, debit card, PayPal or bank transfer.
Why don't you deliver to my country?
We are only prepared to arrange service to countries where we feel that we will be able to provide an excellent level of service and we currently do not have an adequate delivery mechanism to service these destinations. This is something that we will continue to review.
